BANQUET RESERVATION CONTRACT

The room fee in $250.00. The contract will list all details of your function. Our contracts will be sent to you upon your decision of the banquet menu. A GUARANTEED count of each entree choice is requested THREE days prior to the function date. This guarantee is not subject to change. Your financial responsibility will be on your GUARANTEED entree count.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A $250.00 deposit will hold your function date. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of the function. We accept CASH, MASTERCARD, VISA and BUSINESS CHECKS upon verification with proper I.D. We cannot print separate checks.

SPECIAL DESSERTS

Clients who decide to provide their own dessert will be charged a service charge of $2.00 per person, plus tax.
